Remember, whatever device is experiencing issues, always turn it off and on again first!

The usual common reason for this is that the paper is inserted the wrong way. Thermal Receipt paper can only be printed on one side.

Ensure the drawer is not jammed first and makes a small noise when the open drawer command is fired. If the cash drawer is connected to the receipt printer to open, ensure paper is in the printer first as it will not send the command unless paper is inserted.
