Who Are We?
We are an EPOS company based near Liverpool in the U.K, who specialise in providing customised EPOS solutions to many different types of customers.
NuEPOS was officially started in 2018 by Daniel Smith, who was the creator, developer and co-director of Premier EPOS. Daniel left Premier EPOS to create a new company and a new product written from the ground up, with the goal of being not only a very feature rich and affordable solution, but also the most customisable EPOS system in the world.
Our Values
We pride ourselves in trying to provide the best product and service within the industry, and we know that the only way to do this is to write our own software and have a fair competitive pricing model. We also believe that the best way to accomplish this goal is to maintain our founding principles:
- Any suggestion a customer has that is potentially useful to another customer is created for no extra charge and made available to everyone. Only if it is a completely bespoke request will a charge be applied.
- We will strive to support as diverse a customer base as possible, including support for right-to-left languages, 3 decimal point currencies, special date / time cultures, multiple simultaneous currencies etc.
- We will not try to sell something that we believe is unsuitable for our customers needs.

Our Staff
Allow us to introduce some of our fabulous team here at NuEPOS. We are all dedicated, hard-working people that you may see on an on-site demonstration or tradeshow near you.
Daniel Smith is the creator and founder of NuEPOS and its software. He has been a programmer since the age of 7 dating back to the Commodore 64 days, and working his way up the different systems throughout the past several decades.
Cherie has worked in the EPOS industry since 2008, and heads our sales department. She is a valuable member of our company as she will always help out other departments when we need her help with her experience and passion for our industry.
Andrada manages our support and installation team, is multi-lingual, and is skilled in database management, programming and networking. She took a chance when she changed her career path to come to work for NuEPOS during its inception, and our business would have been very different without her.
Aaron operates in hardware and support roles, both in preparing hardware such as tills and PDA's, and assisting customers remotely. His talents and skills shine with tasks around computer hardware, but is also very familar with Windows architecture and software.
Desiree speaks 2 languages, and is currently studying for her degree in Liverpool. She works also in a support role, and is very good at database management and coding.
