Who Are We?
We are an EPOS company based near Liverpool in the U.K, who specialise in providing customised EPOS solutions to many different types of customers.
NuEPOS was officially started in 2018 by Daniel Smith, who was the creator, developer and co-director of Premier EPOS. Daniel left Premier EPOS to create a new company and a new product written from the ground up, with the goal of being not only a very feature rich and affordable solution, but also the most customisable EPOS system in the world.

Daniel Smith is the creator and founder of NuEPOS and has been a programmer for the past several decades.
Andrada has overseen our business operations since its inception and is skilled in database programming and management.
Aaron manages our hardware and software support team, providing invaluable knowledge in computer and network technology.
Daniel is a well-versed sales manager with years of experience who is able to assist with our customers' sales and technical queries.
Ben is one of our oldest support team members, helping customers with remote software queries, training and troubleshooting.
Jamie is always there to help customers with remote software queries and prepare hardware such as tills and PDAs.
Harvey plays a crucial part in the day-to-day office running, keeping everyone engaged, and is responsible for office security.
