Create and distribute digital passes that your customers can add to their Apple® Wallets or Google® Wallets. These can be used in conjunction with optional plastic loyalty cards or as a starting point for a loyalty scheme. Many competitors integrate to 3rd party companies and charge per number of passes to update, however we offer this feature natively to all of our customers.
A customer can easily receive their loyalty or gift pass via different methods onto their phones or smart watches.
• Show a QR code on the rear advertising screen for customers to scan with their camera
• Place A QR code on the bottom of a receipt if a customer is selected
• Email / SMS a link they can click on to add the pass to their digital wallet
Within the NuEPOS Pass Designer, you can set pictures, text and dynamic elements such as Points, Last Visit etc. on the front of the pass and the back as well.
The back of a pass can have a large amount of information, which you could show their last 10 sales, repeat purchases, even links to your website etc.
Within several seconds of serving a customer, the balance left on a digital gift card will be updated to show the new pass balance on the customer’s phone.
Loyalty cards will also update any information on the pass, with the ability to show the status of any customer orders or appointments. If the status of the orders changes, the pass will also update to reflect those changes for the customer.
Add a relevant location(s), such as the shop’s address, and when the customer is in the vicinity of the store, the pass may show up on the lock screen, ready to be used at the checkout.
Any dates for an event may also trigger the pass to show up on the lock screen or as a banner notification.
On some devices, the pass will trigger a notification alert if the pass changes significantly, usually when their balance changes.
At NuEPOS, we do not charge based on how many digital passes you distribute to customers. We will update Apple® and Google® servers whenever a change occurs, and they communicate with the customers’ phones.
Customers can also share the passes with friends or family, but the pass will still apply to the customer or voucher it was issued against.
