Although our remote training sessions cover everything you need to get started, some clients prefer the ease and assurance of having an expert onsite to guide them through the entire setup process. For a small additional fee, we offer onsite installation and training services across the mainland UK, where a dedicated specialist will work to install the equipment, configure the system, and deliver a complete walkthrough of key features and functions tailored to your needs. This personalised approach lets your staff get hands-on practice and ask questions as they learn, ensuring everyone feels confident and capable. For clients outside the UK, we can also arrange onsite support, with an added charge to cover travel and accommodation costs.
If you prefer to come visit us for the day, we can offer training for both new and existing customers. We currently do not charge for this service providing plenty of notice is given, and existing customers may visit for advanced training sessions once per year.
We have a dedicated training room, with an 84" Touchscreen Monitor which will be connected live to your store whilst we go through all the relevant and necessary topics. Its a great idea to visit us if you feel there are a lot of distractions in your store / premises.
No problem! You can purchase just our software and support services, allowing you to continue using your existing equipment. With no long-term contracts, you only pay for what you need, and you're free to cancel or adjust your subscription anytime. All features are included in the packages without hidden charges. The cost is just £30 per month for the first terminal (plus VAT if applicable), with additional terminals available at only £18 per month.
